Missing Rewards? Let’s Troubleshoot!
Just earned some rewards but can’t see them? Let’s go through the most common reasons they might not appear.
Confusion with 'Infinite Boost' Rewards
If you’ve earned an "infinite" boost reward, like 30 minutes of infinite Kite boosts, Combo boosts, or Lightning boosts (which can be activated before a level), it will only appear if the level you’ve selected includes that boost type.
In the example below, the selected level displays the earned 'infinite Kite boost.' However, if you open a level that doesn’t feature Kites as an option, the infinite Kite boost won’t appear.
This is normal game behavior—remember, not all levels display every boost type. If your earned boost doesn’t appear, try choosing a different level to see if it shows up there.
Infinite Lives Reward Not Appearing - Timer Starts Immediately!
If you’ve earned infinite lives as a reward, remember—the timer starts immediately once you accept it!
If you close the game after accepting an infinite lives reward and return later, it’s normal for the infinite lives to no longer be available. The Infinite Lives timer runs in real-time, whether or not you’re playing Gummy Drop!
When you’re close to finishing an event, be mindful of your time, as you may earn an infinite lives reward. Be ready to keep playing to fully enjoy the reward you’ve earned!
Finished an Event, but Rewards Aren't Appearing?
In most cases, rewards appear immediately after you earn them. However, event rewards may occasionally take a few minutes to show up.
If your rewards aren’t appearing right away, please wait about 30 minutes, as sometimes Gummy Drop! needs a little time to register them. If they still don’t appear, try closing and reopening the game, along with basic connection troubleshooting. Here are some helpful articles for further assistance:
Not Seeing Rewards on PC (Microsoft Store Version)
If you’re playing the PC version of the game from the Microsoft Store and your rewards aren’t appearing, try installing the game on a mobile device, sign in with the same account details, and attempt to redeem the reward there.
Once redeemed on your mobile device, you should be able to access and use the rewards on your PC as well.

- Details on the reward, including any advertisements or notifications about what should have been earned.

- Operating System (OS) version (e.g., Android 12, iOS 16, etc.).
