What is the CCPA?
The California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”) is a new consumer privacy law that has gone into effect January 1, 2020. Residents of California can request the personal information a business has collected about them and certain details about how the business uses and discloses this data. This law also includes the right to request deletion of said personal information.

You have the right to request a copy of your account data. Since account data is personal and security is very important to Big Fish, we’ll need to verify that you are the account holder before providing information to you.

Deletion of account data
You have the right to request the deletion of your account data, subject to certain exceptions.
Please note that data deletion will apply to all of Big Fish’s offerings, including games, and is irreversible. This includes, but is not limited to:
- account information
- all game progress
- any purchase history
- any virtual items you may have earned or are unspent
- any other personal data associated with your account
Since account data is personal and security is very important to Big Fish, we’ll need to verify that you are the account holder before deleting your information.

Can I opt out of ad tracking?
You have certain choices with respect to personalized ad tracking, including by using the settings in your device.
Select Limit Ad Tracking on iOS devices.
Select Ad Personalization on Android devices.
